Event Details

Making folded book art involves marking and folding the pages of a book to create a three-dimensional sculpture, image, design, or word on the edge of the pages. Learn to transform unwanted books into stunning works of art.  

Join Jeannette Kolb, long-time library volunteer and book artist, for an advanced folded book art class!  

Jeannette will display some of her work and get you started on your own creation. The class is limited to 10 adults, and pre-registration is required. 

This Advanced Folded Book Art Class is designed for those who have who are experienced with the craft or who have participated in one of Jeannette Kolb's introductory Folded Book Art Classes at ELANCO Library. 

Participants will need to bring a pair of small, pointy scissors (such as embroidery scissors), and a bone folder or credit card or library card (your choice - for pressing folded pages). All other supplies will be provided.
