Event Details

Join us for our first ever Library Art-a-thon! Stop in the MPR to get creative with us! No registration necessary.

11 a.m. - Scribbles and Storytime - Join Kier and Mallory for an art themed Storytime in the MPR! We will read some fun stories and follow with some art projects geared towards ages birth - 9 years old! The markers will all be washable, but please come prepared to color and leave with some on you!

12 p.m. - Join us to make some fun fingerprint art! We will create unique art pieces using ink, our fingers and lots of imagination! Recommended age 8+.

1 p.m. - Hide and Sketch. Hiding from your partner quickly sketch them from memory! Not sure how well you're doing? Take a quick peek, but don't get caught! Join us to create silly portraits of our library friends. All skills welcome. The sillier the drawings, the better! (Single attendees welcome, we will provide a partner!) Recommended age 10+.

And remember, art imitates life and life is messy, so be sure to dress appropriately. All ages.
