Our 2024 Author Series features a broad variety of authors that include a range of voices and perspectives.

Please register each person in your group who will be attending. 

Scientist, fitness champion, and founder of Gauge Girl Training Christine Hronec shares a customizable plan to lose weight and shed fat by eating according to your macro type, a profile based on your body type and personal carb tolerance. Christine is Lancaster native, graduated from Lampeter/Strasburg High School. She is an award-winning chemical engineer and three-time champion fitness competitor, nutrition, and exercise expert, holding a B.S and M.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Drexel University. Christine got her start at Fortune 100 Company DuPont as a chemical engineer for 6 years before branching out as an entrepreneur with small and mid-size start-up companies in the biotech and nutraceutical industries.

Christine uses her background in serious science to develop her bestselling body type programs. Since founding her company in 2013, Christine has helped over 50,000 women transform their bodies and switch to a body-positive self-image. With over 35 million views on her YouTube channel, Christine has been a leader in the area of women’s health since 2012. She’s been featured in Forbes, Huffington Post, Muscle and Fitness HERS, Muscle and Strength, Flex magazine, and has appeared on The Doctors, Extra TV, Fox News, ABC, NBC, and CBS.
