Thursday, August 22 from 5-7p the Library will hold its Final Celebration with a variety of entertainment.
- Meet Maggie Bird, Marietta’s famous super-friendly people-loving cockatoo who will be at the Library with her good friend Alan. Stop by to say hello from 5-6pm and to get your picture taken holding this lovable bird!
- Attendees can enjoy the live music of The Sound of Roses band from 5-7p, creating a festive atmosphere to end the anniversary celebration. The Spud Muffin food truck will be here from 5-7p.
- The Library will wrap up the raffles, auctions, 50/50 and will announce the winner of the Lego Contest.
