Struggling to start or finish tasks?
Body doubling is a simple yet effective technique where people work alongside others in a calm, structured environment to help improve focus and follow-through. In this facilitated session (particularly valuable to those with executive function challenges), participants ages 18-24 can bring homework, job applications, life admin tasks, or creative projects and work quietly alongside others during guided focus periods. No pressure to socialize, share or communicate...just a supportive & quiet space to get things done with others your age who are doing the same.
