Event Details
Participants will learn about mixing, stretch and folds, feeding and shaping. Each participant will leave with an active sourdough starter and a loaf to take home and bake.
Cost is $20 per participant to cover supplies.
Class is limited to 15 participants. Sorry, no pairs for this class.
Registration is required and a waiver must be signed.
