Lancaster Public Library’s Summer Reading Program is a community tradition that promotes reading for fun and lifelong enrichment. This summer, we will embrace the beauty of art in all its forms and create a colorful tapestry of experiences for everyone.
Join us for the ultimate building challenge!
During this hands-on workshop, you will create your own bridge design using a variety of materials, engineering skills, and teamwork.
As we explore how bridges work, you'll learn about balance and shapes. You'll also get to test your bridges to see how much weight they can hold and discover which designs are the strongest! This program is perfect for curious kids who love to build and want to learn how engineers design bridges in real life.
