Registration for Cissy and the Man will open at 9:00AM on Wednesday, June 25th for Manheim Township and East Lampeter residents and on Wednesday, July 2nd for residents of other municipalities.
Registration Requirements – To help us manage our space, please register every person who will be attending, including adults or siblings.
The joy of the circus comes to life when this juggler/clown duo comes barreling through the door. Cissy and The Man delight their audiences with humor, joy and skill. But the hardest part is working together! Will Cissy successfully assist The Man, or will children from the audience need to be recruited?
Cissy and The Man are a juggling and clowning duo from Manheim. You can find them performing at festivals, parades, carnivals, schools and churches. With over 40 years of combined experience, Cissy and The Man use juggling, balancing, clowning and audience participation to keep their viewers smiling and wanting more. Library Policies:
No Show – Patrons failing to cancel their registration for more than 2 library programs in a month will be restricted from registering for future programs for a period of one month’s time. Please cancel your registrations at least 2 hours prior to the start of the program to allow for those on the waiting list to be notified of their change in registration status.
Late Arrivals – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the program to allow for parking and other circumstances. The program will begin promptly at the designated time. At this time, your spot will be forfeited to those on the wait list who will be granted entry. If spots remain, registrants may be allowed into the program. However, registrants will not be permitted to enter the program 5 minutes past the start time.
Accompanying Adults – This program is for adults and children to enjoy together. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child. Drop offs will not be permitted.
