Program Description

Event Details

On June 30, 1863, Stuart's calvary fought in Hanover, PA. During the next two days they rode through York County, PA in an attempt to locate the Army of Northern Virginia. His calvary missed the first two days of the Battle of Gettysburg, depriving Robert E. Lee of his "eyes and ears of the army."

Presented by Scott Mingus, Sr. with Cindy Beaston.
