Dust off your aprons and your history books! This month, Cooks & Books is traveling back in time with Max Miller’s Tasting History. From Roman honey cakes to Victorian sweets, we’re recreating the flavors of the past to see if they truly stand the test of time.

Cooks & Books is an opportunity for passionate home cooks to gather around the table for conversation over a potluck feast of delicious food made from the recipes of a featured chef, food blog, or cookbook. Why not invite a friend to join you? The more, the merrier!
Attendees, who should be 14 years of age or older, are asked to bring a dish to share. Vegan/vegetarian recipes are welcome. Please bring your own serving utensils, place setting, and beverage.
New and experienced cooks are welcome!
The event is free, but reservations are required!
