Join us for one, two, or all three programs in our Death & Dying series this fall! This series was developed to help participants embrace the inevitable and reckon with the strong social, emotion, and cultural barriers that we put up around death, especially as Americans.
In the second session of our 3-part Death & Dying series, we welcome Dr. Cynthia Vejar, Program Director of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lebanon Valley College to Lancaster Public Library. Using therapeutic techniques and the analysis of cultural norms, Dr. Vejar will discuss how we can deal with our own mortality, as well as the loss of others.
