Join us for a stress-free drum circle led by percussionist Mr. Ed Haggard! Drums and Percussion gear are provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own drum. No experience needed. Drum circle have been shown to reduce stress, boost immunity, reduce pain, increase mindfulness, and release emotions. Online registration is required and begins July 4th.
