Event Details

Community members of all ages are invited to learn about environmental issues and solutions in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Our host of eco-conscious contributors and entertainers will educate, empower, and inspire our community to welcome environmental-sustainability practices into their daily lives.

⚠ Please note, Earth Day Extravaganza is (mostly) an outdoor event, but we will bring it inside in the event of rain. This event will be held rain or shine!

Check out the launch of our NEW seed library, offering free seeds to anyone in the community! Vegetable, herb, and flower seeds are available.

♻10AM-???: Pop-Up Produce Stand
The Junior League of Lancaster will distribute complimentary fresh produce to attendees until they run out.

♻ 10:15AM: Understanding Your Street Trees
Trees are critically important to our living in a healthy city, not just in parks and yards, but also along the streets and alleys. Learn about the benefits of street trees from the City of Lancaster's Urban Forester.
