Please join us for a 45 minute Gentle Yoga class, hosted by the Columbia Public Library and presented by Rock's CardioBox and Fitness!
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of Yoga and is open to all bodies and all levels of fitness! Even if you feel you're not limber or flexible, you can do this!
This class will be a little slower paced than a traditional Yoga class. We will focus on gentle stretch, strength and mobility movements, and you will leave feeling strong, yet relaxed!
Yoga is so important for mobility, flexibility, recovery and the prevention of injury! Please bring a yoga mat and let's start off the New Year with a little self love and wellness! JOIN US!!!
COST: $10 per person, payable the day of the event.
