Navigators from PA/EAP will present a webinar to help eligible persons make informed choices for Medicaid.
Who we are:
· The PA Enrollment Assistance Program is contracted with the Department of Human Services (DHS) as the Enrollment Brokers for HealthChoices Medical Assistance (MEDICAID) recipients in PA.
What HealthChoices is:
· Medical Assistance (MEDICAID) in PA.
Who HealthChoices serves:
· Individuals and families approved for HealthChoices Medical Assistance (MEDICAID) in Pennsylvania. This includes:
o Children up to, and including, 20 years old.
o Adults
o Pregnant women
o Some women with breast and/or cervical cancer
o Lawfully present immigrants may be eligible.
How we help:
· PA EAP helps MA eligible consumers complete plan enrollments and plan transfers.
