February is Dating Violence Awareness Month, a national effort to raise awareness about the impacts of dating abuse and encourage communities to support young people in seeking healthy relationships and recognizing unhealthy ones. Alarmingly, 1 in 3 young people will experience physical, sexual, or emotional abuse by someone they are in a relationship with while in high school or college.

We welcome Nancy Messner from Community Action Partnership, who will discuss the difference between healthy relationships vs unhealthy ones, help parents to recognize the signs of dating abuse and how to talk to your kids about dating, the warning signs to look out for and how to get help.
