Event Details
Forest Therapy, interchangeably known as forest bathing, is a type of ecotherapy that focuses on the therapeutic and holistic benefits of being among the trees.
Through an embodied approach, we will slow down, open our senses, and explore the history and health benefits of this practice. We will also discuss how participants can take this practice home. This is a 1-hour event.
