What is the Home Rule Charter, and what is the Home Rule Study Commission doing? Mayor Sorace will join us for an informal and casual discussion on just that!
Compared to the more rigid Education Sessions taking place throughout the city, this will give residents a chance to ask questions related to Home Rule, and discuss the possible impact it may have on them.
Coffee will be provided by Lancaster Public Library for all participants.
