Program Description

Event Details

The Homeschool STEM Lab invites you to explore Kitchen Chemistry! At this STEM event, students will investigate the science behind baking. Lab will be held Monday, November 13th at 1:00 in the library community room.

Come join Mrs. Fisher as she presents Kitchen Science! She creates a wonderful experience for students who learn in different ways by guiding you through labs and stations to help each student learn their way. This is a fantastic free resource for your family to understand new concepts and learn in a group with other families.

Most labs are geared for students ages 6+, but all ages are welcome. We do ask that you be aware of potential disruptions, and we don't mind if you need to step out. Please make sure that all members of your group are accounted for if you would require to do so.

Also, keep in mind that some labs do get messy based on what we may be studying. We will try our best to warn you in advance to dress appropriately for certain labs.

I understand it's tricky to register large parties on this form and that you will receive an email with each registration. The easiest way is to register yourself (parent or guardian) and make a note at the bottom of the form with the names of each participant that will be present for the program. If you have any questions, please use the email listed under contact. Thank you.
