Registration for K'NEX Rail Lab with the Railroad Museum of PA will open at 9:00AM on Wednesday, July 23rd for Manheim Township and East Lampeter residents and on Wednesday, July 30th for residents of other municipalities.
Do you have what it takes to build a bridge strong enough for a train? Join the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania for a hands-on engineering adventure using K’NEX building kits!
Working in teams, young engineers will explore the real-world science behind railroad bridges—how they’re designed, what makes them strong, and why trains need such sturdy support. Then it’s time to put your skills to the test by building your own bridge and seeing how much weight it can hold!
This fun and interactive program is perfect for curious minds who love building, problem-solving, and working together.
For ages 8–12. All materials provided.
