Event Details
Maple Sugaring is the process of turning maple sap into delicious maple syrup. This process is done all throughout the Northeast. Maple Sugaring has a rich history, dating back to Native Americans. The season runs through the coldest months of the year.
Join a Lancaster County Parks Naturalist to learn about the process of maple sugaring and the trees it comes from. Participants will have the opportunity to get a taste of the finished product.
Limit 30 participants. Registration is required for this program. Each participant MUST be registered individually. Once full, a waitlist will become available.
