Program Description
Event Details
Learn about the whole process of making maple syrup from how the Native Americans did it to how it is processed today. Participants will learn about maple trees through the seasons, how to identify them and how to collect sap from them. The tools of the trade will be examined. See how to boil the sap down to syrup and the syrup will be turned into candy for everyone to taste.
Program is best suited for ages 4 and up. Limit 40 participants.
Registration required. Each participant in your group MUST be registered individually.
