Through the practice of mindfulness, we can learn to become more relaxed and accepting of others and ourselves. Mindfulness has been shown in research and studies to be useful for improving both physical and mental health. It is especially helpful for anxiety and depression.  Suzanne makes learning Mindfulness Meditation easy to understand. Leave class feeling relaxed and with a much better understanding of how to meditate. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat. Ages 18+.
