Nancy Groff is a great-granddaughter of Peter T. and Lizzie Watt; Peter was one of the store’s three founders of Lancaster's Watt & Shand department store. Nancy will discuss her book “Watt & Shand: East, West, Hame’s Best” and the history of the iconic store. She wrote this book for her grandmother and for everyone who loved Watt & Shand.
