Please register all attendees!
Lisa Sanchez, Senior Park Naturalist with the Lancaster County Dept. of Parks and Recreation, will teach us about everything you need to know about maple syrup! Learn how to identify maple trees, some of the history of sugaring, and how to do it locally. Participants will also be given a sample of syrup cooked longer than usual (candy) to try!
