Event Details
This workshop illuminates the organization and procedures of the Pennsylvania Judicial System with the goal of bringing Pennsylvanian's awareness of and confidence in their courts. We will discuss the different subject matters of each court, knowing your way around the courtroom, how judges are selected, and how you can be a more knowledgeable citizen.
This program is one of a series we will be offering through a collaboration with Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts (PMC). PMC is a nonpartisan nonprofit committed to ensuring a Pennsylvania judicial system in which everyone who participates is assured impartiality, fairness, accessibility, and respect. The presenters will be judges and attorneys who volunteer their time for this cause. You may attend in person or via a Zoom link (provided to registered attendees only), or you may access the presentation afterwards on our website or YouTube channel.
