Lancaster Public Library’s Summer Reading Program is a community tradition that promotes reading for fun and lifelong enrichment. This summer, we will embrace the beauty of art in all its forms and create a colorful tapestry of experiences for everyone.
Using a miniature working steam model, an instructor will demonstrate the physics of steam locomotion. With the help of historic artifacts, and photos, participants will explore the evolution of locomotion, from steam to electric to diesel-electric.
