Program Description

Event Details

Join us as Raven Ridge presents a one-hour program with a little bit of everything from PA reptiles to mammals and birds of prey. They will talk about how we acquired these animals as ambassadors, and how they are beneficial for the environment. Learn some neat facts and misconceptions about some of these creatures. Learn about the laws and regulations of rehabilitating wildlife and the agencies they work with.

Present will be several live representatives of Pennsylvania wildlife, including Birds of Prey, Mammals, and Reptiles. Raven Ridge will bring some of their ambassador animals.

Notice from Raven Ridge: Due to insurance/liability and PA Game Commission restrictions the public is NOT permitted to touch any of the live wild animals.

Registration required. Please register each person in your group individually. 

Program will be held at Columbia Crossing River Trail Center - 41 Walnut Street, Columbia.
