In partnership with Record Eraser and Lancaster County Prison, we welcome attorney Mark F. Walmer to Lancaster Public Library to discuss how to find, read, and interpret a Pennsylvania criminal record. This session will help answer your Pennsylvania pardon, expungement, and clean slate questions.
