Program Description

Event Details

Join us as we welcome Refreshing Mountain Wildlife Center for a Reptile & Amphibians presentation. Wildlife Center Director, Mark, will present roughly 12 live reptiles and amphibians, some of which are native to PA and some tropical species from around the world! These could include a box turtle, toads, rat snakes, pythons, and other snakes and lizards. You will have the opportunity to learn about the differences between reptiles and amphibians, the important role they play in the environment, and the great diversity of these colorful, fascinating, and often times misunderstood creatures.

Limit 40 children. Please register each child individually.

Adults do NOT require registration, but must remain present during the program.

This program will be held at Columbia Crossing River Trail Center (41 Walnut Street, Columbia).
