Presented by Dr. Doug Morris of West Chester University, A Short History of Folk Music will include performances, commentary, and the celebration of the thousands of traditional folk songs written between 1840 and 1940.
Join us on Saturday, May 18 for Part 2 of a Short History of Folk Music when we'll cover Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger, Leadbelly, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Joan Baez, and more!
Audience participation is encouraged, especially singing along, but not required!
