Did you know you can make some amazing colorful designs by using some common foods, common household items, and a little imagination? 🤔 It's chemistry done in a bright and imaginative way.  ðŸŽ†ðŸŽ‡

This program is for kids ages 6 - 9 years old. 

*Registration will open at 9:00AM on Wednesday, July 1st for Manheim Township and East Lampeter residents and on Wednesday, July 8th for residents of other municipalities.

Library Program Policies 

No Show – Patrons failing to cancel their registration for more than 2 library programs in a month will be restricted from registering for future programs for a period of one month’s time. Please cancel your registrations at least 2 hours prior to the start of the program to allow those on the waiting list to be notified of their change in registration status. 

Late Arrivals – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the program to allow for parking and other circumstances. The program will begin promptly at the designated time. At this time, your spot will be forfeited to those on the wait list who will be granted entry. If spots remain, registrants may be allowed into the program. However, registrants will not be permitted to enter the program 5 minutes past the start time. 

Accompanying Adults – This program is for adults and children to enjoy together. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child. Drop offs will not be permitted. 

Drop Off Program – This program is intended for children over the age of 6 years who can participate independently. Adult(s) must be present to check in child with youth services staff prior to program. Adults will not be allowed in the event space.  

*For children ages 6–7, this is a drop-off program; however, a parent or caregiver must remain nearby and wait outside the program room for the duration of the program.
