Trick or Treat Trail
Get ready for a spook-tacular adventure! Join us for our Trick or Treat Trail and enjoy a fun, safe way to collect treats while exploring our library.

Registration & Time Slots:
Please be advised that this wave will have three start times—5:30, 5:35, and 5:40. Participants will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis within that wave. Please arrive early to allow for parking. This system ensures everyone has a chance to join the fun while keeping the trail safe and organized. 

Important Details:

  • Registration is required. Please register each child attending—do not register adults.
  • Suggested ages: 1–8 years
  • One Wave Only: To give as many families as possible a chance to participate, each child may register for one wave only.
  • Crafts: Crafts will be available in the Morgan Center from 5:00–7:00 PM only. If your child is in a later wave, please plan to arrive early if you would like them to participate in crafts.

Get ready for a fun, festive adventure—don’t forget your costume!

Registration will open at 9am on Wednesday October 15th for Manheim Township and East Lampeter residents and on Friday, October 17th for residents of other municipalities. 

Storytime Policies:

No Show – Patrons failing to cancel their registration for more than 2 library programs in a month will be restricted from registering for future programs for a period of one month’s time. Please cancel your registrations at least 2 hours prior to the start of the program to allow for those on the waiting list to be notified of their change in registration status.

Late Arrivals – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the program to allow for parking and other circumstances. The program will begin promptly at the designated time. At this time, your spot will be forfeited to those on the wait list who will be granted entry. If spots remain, registrants may be allowed into the program. However, registrants will not be permitted to enter the program 5 minutes past the start time.

Accompanying Adults – This program is for adults and children to enjoy together. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child. Drop offs will not be permitted.

Cancellations- Please check your email prior to departing to verify that the program has not been cancelled.
