Tess Sult, a cookie and cake decorator at Rise Bake Shoppe, is back! She will show you the tips and tricks to create beautifully decorated summer themed cupcakes! We will supply the icing and necessary tools. You bring up to one dozen of your own favorite undecorated cupcakes.
