Are you a teen who loves the library and wants to make a difference? Join our Teen Advisory Board—a new leadership opportunity for teens to shape library programs, services, and spaces!
As a member, you’ll:
📚 Help plan and promote exciting teen events
💡 Provide input on books, technology, and programs you want to see
🎤 Develop leadership skills and gain volunteer experience
🤝 Make friends and connect with your community
We’re looking for passionate, creative, and motivated teens (ages 13 - 18) who want to have a voice in making the library an awesome place for young people.
Meetings: Once a month at the library
Perks: Gain leadership experience, make an impact, and if you choose to become a library volunteer, you can earn volunteer hours!
Program Policies
Drop Off Program – This program is intended for children over the age of 13 years who can participate independently. Adult(s) must check in with library staff to provide an emergency contact at their first meeting. Adults will not be allowed in the event space.
Designated Ages – Please adhere to the age restrictions designated on your registration. Only children in that age range will be admitted.
