Event Details

Join certified End-of-Life Doulas Twila Jantzi and Kristy Yoder for an informative and compassionate conversation about how EOL Doulas support individuals and families during one of life's most vulnerable seasons.

Twila and Kristy are passionate about bringing the conversation around death and dying into the open-helping people feel more prepared, empowered, and supported through the final stages of life. They'll discuss what it means to have a natural and good death, and how EOL Doulas can assist with legacy projects, organizing personal affairs, advance directives, and facilitating meaningful conversations with loved ones.

You may be surprised to learn just how much is within your control when it comes to dying well.

This will be an engaging and interactive evening—they look forward to sharing this important time with you.

Hi, I’m Twila— End-of-Life Doula

I am a certified End-of-Life Doula through Lifespan Doulas and a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience, most of it in hospice care. I’ve had the honor of supporting countless individuals and families through the sacred process of dying—offering calm, compassionate presence and practical guidance during life’s final chapter.

My calling is to help ease fear, foster connection, and ensure that no one faces end of life alone.

I am a wife, mother of four grown sons, grandmother of seven, and a follower of Christ. It is my privilege to walk beside you with gentleness, respect, and care.

Hi, I’m Kristy — End-of-Life Doula
It’s an honor to walk alongside individuals and families during life’s final chapter. With over 30 years of caregiving experience, I offer comfort, dignity, and compassionate presence through every step of the journey.

My passion for this work grew from caring for my father and father-in-law at the end of their lives. I believe every family deserves to be supported and cared for with gentleness and respect.

Drawing from my background as a Certified Nursing Assistant and years in pastoral care, I provide calm, practical support — often enhanced with aromatherapy to promote peace and comfort.

I live in Mount Joy with my husband Jeff of 32 years. We’re proud parents of two grown sons and enjoy family, hospitality, and creating peaceful spaces.

This work is more than a job — it’s a calling.
