Writers' Group meets on 1st - 3rd - 5th Tuesdays at 6pm!
This friendly writers’ group is for writers who are serious about their craft and in getting their work published. Writers of any genre are welcome!
We are a critique group meeting in a friendly and relaxed environment. There are many talented writers in our area, and we know that feedback from others is extremely important. Here's how it works:
- Participating writers take turns submitting work in progress, not to exceed a certain number of pages.
- Manuscripts are emailed to members in advance of meetings so they can be read at members’ leisure and the meeting hours are reserved for constructive criticism.
- Writers learn how to present their work correctly to agents and publishers.
This format also helps writers sharpen their focus, harness their creativity and give them ideas.
