Join Sarah for a slow flow vinyasa yoga class. This style class is great for any level of experience. The slower paced poses are held for longer counts - allowing for mindful movements and deep breathing. You’ll leave feeling calm, grounded and rejuvenated.
Limit 12 participants. Registration required.
*There is no cost for this class, however participants are asked to provide their own yoga mat*
