Again and again, research confirms that Yoga is one of the best practices to manage stress and anxiety. Join us for this Gentle Yoga class that will introduce easy to follow stretches, deep breathing and guided relaxation to help you release tension created by stress, pain and anxiety. You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor for this class. Suzanne Accardo is the owner of The Yoga Place in Ephrata and loves to share the healing benefits of yoga with others. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or beach towel. We will practice without shoes so you may want to wear socks if your feet get cold. Ages 18+.
