Family StoryWalk launch - The Belonging Tree!

Ages 12 months to 6 years with caregiver – other family members are welcome. 

Fun for toddlers and preschoolers and grown-ups too! This week we'll install another StoryWalk book and have fun with learning about the story and some 'read-alikes'! One registered family will receive a copy of our book, The Belonging Tree, by Maryann Cocca-Leffler. We’ll build literacy skills while having fun with books, rhymes, felt boards, puppets, dancing and crafts!  Registration is requested, walk in families will be accommodated as space permits. Our preschool programs are sponsored by Reynolds & Shivery Funeral Home, and the Storywalk is a grant-funded project made possible by LSTA funds from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Office of Commonwealth Libraries.
