This stop is ONLY for seniors and staff at Homestead.

At this stop, patrons can register for a library card, return books, check out books, and request holds for future stops. 

Ages 2 - 3 years with a caregiver (Child must be 2 by September 1, 2023.)

Storytime will last 30 minutes and will include songs, stories, nursery rhymes and playtime.

This 9 week session will run September 20 - November 15.

Ages 6 - 24 months with a caregiver

Storytime will last 30 minutes and will include songs, stories, nursery rhymes and playtime.

Enjoy stories and an easy craft for ages 3-6 with adult. Every Wednesday at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. 

Walk-ins welcome.

Infants, young toddlers and their caregivers sing songs, recite fun rhymes and read together. Participants also learn fingerplays, basic sign language and play together. Ages 0-24 months.

All are welcome to join this lively group on the second Wednesday of the month. Call the library for more information and book availability at (717) 560-6441.

A time for Toddlers with their grown-up, dedicated to stories, discovery and exploring!  (18 months to 36 months, with adult. Other family members welcome.)

Come play with us at Quarryville Library for our Family Place program! Two programs each week, differentiated by child’s age.

Come sing, dance, Wiggle and Giggle! Fun monthly themes introduce basic concepts to toddlers and young children. Come play and learn!!  Ages 18 months up to age 4 with a caregiver

Preschool Storytime features stories, crafts, and more!

Join Miss Jan for story time - a different theme each week! If the day is nice, Story Time will be held outdoors. Miss Jan will also sing some fun songs and offer a craft.

Story Time for the preschool set: stories, songs, and silly stuff!  Join us in the Morgan Center in our Library.  (3 to 6 years, with adult. Other family members welcome.)

Storytime for Children Ages 3-5 with a Caregiver

Meet together outdoors in the library's backyard! Backyard Storytimes are for the whole family, and last about 30 minutes. Bring a blanket or chairs for your family. 

No registration is required but a responsible adult must be present with children at all times. Free building and imaginative play with kits of toys for children from 9 months to 7 years!

Meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Bring your own painting supplies. Get together with others to paint and socialize. No registration required.

On early dismissal days, come to the library to relax and have some fun coloring by yourself or with some friends!

At this stop, patrons can register for a library card, return books, check out books, and request holds for future events.

Try new foods and develop cooking skills that can be used at home while making fun and easy recipes. Participants must be able to read and write.

Kids are invited to the Library for simple science, technology, engineering, arts and math activities. Ages 6-9.

Knitters and crocheters of all experience levels are invited to join us at the library on the first Wednesday of the month to work on personal projects and socialize with others. Ages 18+.

Join us at MUSSER PARK for Pajama Storytime.

We will read stories, sing songs, and dance!
