REAL Life Community Services invites you to Young at Heart, with free events for anyone age 60 and up. Join us at the library for coffee, chatting, games, crafts, and more on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month.

*This event is not open to the public, only for the seniors and staff at Fairmount Homes*

Books are dropped off at two locations, Fairmount Crest View and Fairmount Homes.

Enjoy stories and an easy craft for ages 3-6 with adult. Every Wednesday at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. 

Walk-ins welcome.

Infants, young toddlers and their caregivers sing songs, recite fun rhymes and read together. Participants also learn fingerplays, basic sign language and play together. Ages 0-24 months.

A time for Toddlers with their grown-up, dedicated to stories, discovery and exploring!  (18 months to 36 months, with adult. Other family members welcome.)

Ages 18 months up to Age 4 with a caregiver

Come sing, dance, Wiggle and Giggle! Fun monthly themes introduce basic concepts to toddlers and young children. Come play and learn!!

Join Miss Jan for story time - a different theme each week! If the day is nice, Story Time will be held outdoors. Miss Jan will also sing some fun songs and offer a craft.

This stop is ONLY for seniors and members of the Zerbe Sisters Retirement Community. At this stop, books are dropped off.

No registration is required but a responsible adult must be present with children at all times. Free building and imaginative play with kits of toys for children from 9 months to 7 years!

Meld, bid, marriage, trump? You’re speaking our language! Join us every 1st and 3rd Wednesday for an afternoon of pinochle. This program runs until 3:30 p.m. Seniors.

This stop is ONLY for seniors of Mountain View Apartments. At this stop, patrons will be able to register for a library card, return books, check out books, and request holds for future stops.

This stop is ONLY for seniors and staff at Willow Valley. During the winter, the bookmobile carts will be put up outside of the library in the main entrance at Meadow Ridge.

KPET registered dogs and their handlers will be in the library ready to listen as children read to them. Each child may choose stories on their reading level. Ages 4-12.

Did you wait till the last minute to make a card or wrap a present? Join us at the library where we will have supplies to make cards and wrap presents. You must bring your own presents if you wish to wrap them.
