This stop is open to the public. At this stop, patrons will be able to register for a library card, return books, check out books, and request holds for future stops.

Ages 2 - 3 years with a caregiver (Child must be 2 by January 1, 2025.)

Storytime will last 30 minutes and will include songs, stories, nursery rhymes and playtime.

This 11 week session will run January 27 - April 7.

Stories, bubbles, music, and play time for our library friends ages 12-24 months with their caregiver. 

Join Miss Esther for Monday story times! Registration is requested. We want you in the loop if anything changes!

Join us for a cooperative movement program where we will use our imaginations while we play with a parachute! Stories and songs will be incorporated, while we move about and use our motor skills.

Sing, dance, chant, listen to music, move, and play instruments, while exploring the patterns and sounds that make up our language. 

Each month, we'll focus on a different theme:

Preschoolers are invited to this story time that integrates songs and concept-enriched fingerplays. Early literacy skills, including letter and sound introduction, are included in each story time.

Ages 2 - 3 years with a caregiver (Child must be 2 by January 1, 2025.)

This 11 week session will run January 27 - April 7.

This story time is especially for the very young. This 20-minute program encourages interacting with baby using songs, finger play, and age-appropriate props, like shakers, scarves, and instruments. Miss Alyssa will lead this month's class.

Ages 3 - 5 years, independent of a caregiver (Child must be 3 by January 1, 2025.)

Storytime will last 30 minutes and will include songs, stories, nursery rhymes and playtime.

This 11 week session will run January 27 - April 7.

Step into the world of imagination with Market Monday, a hands-on, pretend-play experience at the library!

This stop is open to the public. 

At this stop, patrons are able to register for a library card, return and check out books, as well as request holds for future stops.

Learn about different types of painting and try them for yourself! Things might get a little messy so please dress appropriately. Ages 10-14.

Join us to learn how to use Microsoft Word and templates to create a standout resume. Funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. Ages 18+. 

We have time set aside every month for knitters to gather in the company of other knitters and work on projects. All skill levels are welcome, no need to register.

Celebrate Mar10 at our Mario party! Make Mario themed treats and play some games based off the mini games in Mario Party! Dress up as your favorite Super Mario Bros. character! Ages 10-18. 

Questions about using the computer? Want to create a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)? Need help organizing your email? Come to the library on Monday evenings for IT help!

Build, design and create with Lego® bricks, figures and accessories all supplied by the Library. Participate in various building challenges. The theme will be revealed when you arrive at the program. Ages 6-12. 

Are you a teen who loves the library and wants to make a difference? Join our Teen Advisory Board—a new leadership opportunity for teens to shape library programs, services, and spaces!

Join us for an interactive evening storytime every Monday night in the Silo! We will read wonderful stories, sing amazing songs, and use our trusty parachute to create a fun interactive experience!

Grab your pajamas and head to the library to read stories, sing songs, and dance!

Are you crafty with a needle (or two)? Would you like a little company to talk shop with while you knit or crochet? Join us at the Library!

In honor of Mar10 we have a wacky challenge for teens & adults! Grab a partner (or come without and we’ll provide one!) and see if you can survive Mario Kart without seeing the screen.

The Friends of Milanof-Schock Library meets the second Monday evening of every month to talk about ways to support the Library. This group works with the Library to make it a successful community resource.
