Spring wildflowers are starting to push through the ground. As soon as the flowers begin to open our early spring insects will be hatching out to collect the pollen and nectar.

Participants will learn about mixing, stretch and folds, feeding and shaping. Each participant will leave with an active sourdough starter and a loaf to take home and bake.
