Welcome to Manheim Community Library's Toddler Time program. This program occurs Friday, weekly, unless there is a holiday, unforeseen closing, or staffing is too low.
This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.

New for 2024! As our teens have mostly aged out of the Teen Anime Club, we're rebranding it as an adult program. Teens may still attend with an adult permission (in writing). Anime for all audiences will continue to be 13+ rated.
