This Free Create program is designed for adult folks with IDD & autism. We want everyone to participate with their peers, regardless of motor or communication skills. 

Forum Discussion Learning series offers a safe learning environment in which to discuss and explore topics and beliefs.

Join fellow yarn fans at the library once a month for a time of fellowship, knitting and crochet with experts and beginners. All levels of expertise are welcome. Please bring your own yarn, but other supplies can be provided.

This club is open to all interested knitters, crocheters, and other needle or fabric crafters.

Write Now Lancaster is for anyone who is writing with the goal of having their work seen by a public audience. 

We are not a critique group, we are a writing group, kind of like an adult study hall with potluck food and soft drinks.

Explore your family history with guidance from local genealogy researcher Ken McCrea. This bi-monthly group offers research support, discussion, and hands-on help for beginners and experienced genealogists alike.

Dungeons and Dragons is a game of imagination, fun, chaos and story. Play as a character you create and let the Dungeon Master take you on a journey to a mystical land. Cast spells, talk to and befriend NPCs.

Join experts from Lancaster County Courts for semiweekly classes focused on basic life skills like computer usage, resume building, job searching, math, reading, and writing. 

Take your life in a new direction while working at the lib

We have time set aside every month for knitters to gather in the company of other knitters and work on projects. All skill levels are welcome, no need to register.

Join us for a cuppa and a conundrum as we have tea and treats and watch a British mystery. Each month we’ll watch a movie or a classic BBC series episode and discover who done it! Ages 18+.

Love a good whodunit? Whether you’re a fan of gritty noir, cozy mysteries, or psychological thrillers, the Mystery Book Club is looking for new investigators to join our ranks for the 2026 season.

This stop is ONLY for seniors and employees at Lancaster Nursing.
