Week Calendar

Each month, on the 3rd Monday and Tuesday, we will use our senses to explore a different Pennsylvania Game Commission Kit of pelts, wings, skulls, claws, books, activities, and all kinds of other manipulatives. All Ages.

Get help with your job search by visiting the CareerLink table in the library lobby every Tuesday between 10AM and 5PM. 

A CareerLink representative will be on site to help patrons with their career and job search n

Officer Bronne Bruzgo from the Ephrata Police Department will be a guest reader during Budding Bookworms Storytime. Children can enjoy stories, craft, and a tour of the police cruiser. 

This class will focus on designing charts in Excel on spreadsheets with data already populated. Discussion will be had on types of charts and graphs and the strengths and challenges of each for conveying information.

This class will be an in-depth session going over the settings menu of Windows 10. We will also be learning about peripherals (headphones, flash drives, etc.) and how you can use them with your computer.

On the last Wednesday of each month, 10% of all proceeds at Castañeda's Mexican Restaurant in Denver will go to the Adamstown Area Library! (excludes alcohol). Dine-in or take-out that day to enjoy great food while supporting the library!

This stop is ONLY for students and staff at Millersville University. The Bookmobile will be parked along the Promenade between the SMC and Gordinier Hall.

Matching tiles has never been this much fun! Learn and play American Mahjong right here at the Library. All skill levels welcome. Ages 18+.

Meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Bring your own painting supplies. Get together with others to paint and socialize. No registration required.

This club works to promote, educate, and encourage the love of machine embroidery incorporating it into our love for quilting. Meeting on the 4^th Wednesday of each month.

Join us for our Hygge Cozy Cafe Series. Register online for all 4 meetings. We will gather together to experience the art of coziness. Bring your own cozy throw blanket or seat cushion.

This club is open to all interested knitters, crocheters, and other needle or fabric crafters.

Adam Domovich is a local physical therapist working out of Resolute Physical Therapy. He is passionate about educating the community on various topics such as balance/decreasing fall risk, low back pain, knee pain and more!

All fiber arts (knitting, crocheting, embroidery, etc.) and artists are welcome at our group! Bring your current project and settle in for an afternoon of crafting and chatting.

A non-traditional book club. Bring whatever you are currently reading and share it with the group. This is a great way to find new books.

Join us at Adamstown Area Library for our monthly Book Club! Share your thoughts on that month’s book and get to know other readers in your community. All are welcome, regardless of whether you’ve finished the book.

Join us for this 6 week yoga session with local practitioner Kelly Osborne! All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or bath towel, a hand towel, and water bottle.

Knitting Club meets the 1^st and 3^rd Monday of the month, from 10 a.m. until noon and the second and last Tuesday of each month from 6 p.m.

Every month, the Lancaster County Parks & Recreation Dept. will teach us about different wildlife and environmental topics.

This sewing club is for people who sew and like to share the craft. This is not a class or instruction, just a friendly gathering to sew and work on projects.

Ages 5+. Please register everyone who is attending!
