		Closing Lancaster Public Library CLOSED All Day Some Locations Branches: Lancaster, Mountville Branch Description: Both Lancaster Public Library locations will be closed on Monday, February 16 in observance of the Presidents' Day holiday. The buildings will reopen on Tuesday, February 17.
