Please cancel your registrations at least 2 hours prior to the start of the prog ram to allow those on the waiting list to be notified of their change in r egistration status. Late Arrivals – Please arrive 10 minutes priorâ €¯to the start of the program to allow for parking and other circumstances . The program will begin promptly at the designated time. At this time, yo ur spot will be forfeited to those on the wait list who will be granted en try. If spots remain, registrants may be allowed into the program. However , registrants will not be permitted to enter the program 5 minutes pas t the start time. Accompanying Adults – This program is for adults an d children to enjoy together. Please plan to attend and be engaged with yo ur child. Drop offs will not be permitted. Drop Off Program – This pr ogram is intended for children over the age of 6 years who can participate independently. Adult(s) must be present to check in child with youth serv ices staff prior to program.
