DESCRIPTION:Join us as we learn how to make ice cream - the STEM way!  We
 'll explore different ingredients, different flavors, and different i
 ce cream making techniques.  I scream, you scream, we'll all be scre
 aming for ice cream! 🍨🍦This program is for kids ages 6 - 9 years old
 . Registration will open at 9:00AM on Wednesday, August 5th for Manheim 
 Township and East Lampeter residents and on Wednesday, August 12th for res
 idents of other municipalities.Library Program Policies No Show – Pat
 rons failing to cancel their registration for more than 2 library programs
  in a month will be restricted from registering for future programs for a 
 period of one month’s time. Please cancel your registrations at least 2 
 hours prior to the start of the program to allow those on the waiting list
  to be notified of their change in registration status. Late Arrivals –
  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the program to allow
  for parking and other circumstances. The program will begin promptly at t
 he designated time. At this time, your spot will be forfeited to those on 
 the wait list who will be granted entry. If spots remain, registrants may 
 be allowed into the program. However, registrants will not be permitte
 d to enter the program 5 minutes past the start time. Accompanying Adults
  – This program is for adults and children to enjoy together. Please p
 lan to attend and be engaged with your child. Drop offs will not be permit
 ted. Drop Off Program – This program is intended for children over th
 e age of 6 years who can participate independently. Adult(s) must be prese
 nt to check in child with youth services staff prior to program. Adults wi
 ll not be allowed in the event space.  *For the safety and supervision 
 of all participants: Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an 
 adult throughout the program. Children ages 8 and older are welcome to att
 end the program independently.
